Ignore the strange beeping and clicking. I have no idea what that is or where it comes from. Only sounds that are important are the sounds of the computer powering on, and the whirring of the fan after it is turned on. Video of what happens when you power the laptop on. My guess is that either the motherboard is dead or the power supply needs to be replaced.
